Born in China, Mr. Liu initially studied economics and finance at Tsinghua University, where he received a BEcon in 2007. Following this accomplishment, he attended the Yale School of Management, serving as a graduate teaching assistant and earning an MBA. Combining his business expertise and legal acumen, Mr. Liu concluded his studies at the Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with a JD in 2015.
