This includes overseeing the Alina 200 Tower, which consists of 121 residences completed in 2021, and the newly opened Alina 210 Tower, comprising 30 residences. He is also collaborating with the development team on the Alina 220 Tower, a 152-residence complex set to open at the end of 2024. With over 20 years of experience managing large-scale luxury hotels and private community residences in South Florida, German Cabieses has excelled in the hospitality and property management industry. Since earning a BS in hospitality management, magna cum laude, at Florida International University in 2003, he has held leadership roles at many prestigious brands, such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Fontainebleau Hotel, and W South Beach under Marriott International. His extensive experience also includes serving as a regional director for Castle Group, where he oversaw part of the luxury highrise division in Miami-Dade County. He also later operated as a managing director at the Peninsula Residences in Aventura, Florida. Throughout his career, Mr. Cabieses has received numerous accolades, including the Leader of the Year Award and the Site of the Year Award for Miami-Dade County. The Peninsula Residences were also formally recognized by the City of Aventura.
