He has been a judge and mentor for start-ups in artificial intelligence, sustainability, health tech and fintech with Mass Challenge in Boston since 2021. Mr. Cho has been honored with several accolades, including a Market Sustainability award, where he was co-inventor on an issued patent; a Master Sales Award; and five achievement awards in sales, manufacturing and engineering from the Monsanto Company. He attributes his success to his ability to solve complex problems using conceptual analysis and data modeling to provide a path forward. With over 35 years of experience, Winsor R. Cho is a proven expert in the fields of business strategy, innovations and operational excellence. Specializing in strategic planning and vision development, he has served as the principal of Strategy and Innovations LLC, based in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, since 2020. In his leadership role, Mr. Cho provides clients with consultations to improve business models and processes toward financial results. To wit, he has guided many start-up companies and major universities. Prior, Mr. Cho excelled in multifaceted roles across many industries. He was chief strategy officer for Archibus, an integrated software platform company, from 2016 to 2019. He was director of innovations for FLEXcon from 2003 to 2011. At the onset of his career, he worked for the Monsanto Company from 1981 to 1997 (later Solutia Inc. from 1998 to 2003) in global business management, business development, sales, manufacturing and engineering. Mr. Cho graduated from Tufts University with a BS in chemical engineering in 1981. He also earned an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1989.
