Specializing in installation, repair, and routine maintenance for both residential and commercial clients, the company focuses on providing the highest quality brand-name products to deliver an unparalleled experience on behalf of its customers. In her capacity as the president of the company, Ms. Righton oversees nearly 20 employees, administrative functions and outside sales. A dedicated advocate for her customers, she works diligently to provide quality service, honesty and integrity in every transaction. Likewise, she is proud to have cultivated a welcoming work environment for her employees, some of whom have remained by her side for more than 20 years. Ms. Righton previously served in the United States Air Force between 1979 and 1988, during which time she earned distinction as a medic. She ultimately retired from her service at the rank of staff sergeant. Ms. Righton subsequently joined Aquarius and learned a great deal about the garage door business. Upon her uncle’s retirement, she purchased the company from him and has since earned the respect of her colleagues through a combination of exceptional leadership and unwavering determination. This achievement has not only served as an inspiration for other women in the field but also highlights the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. To remain aware of industry developments, Ms. Righton maintains her affiliation with the International Door Association.
