Rice-Gagliano is a regional quality manager at Altium Packaging, where she has spent more than 25 years ensuring safety and compliance. As a regional quality manager, she oversees standard test conditions and food safety compliance at 14 company facilities across Pennsylvania and Georgia. Additionally, she performs third-party audits for more than 40 other locations. She has built her career in the plastic packaging industry, beginning as a customer service representative for a bottled water company before moving into production in the late 1980s as a blow mold operator and quality control inspector. Ms. Rice-Gagliano has held numerous leadership roles for Altium Packaging, including five years as a plant manager and nearly a decade as a quality manager. She is proud to have worked her way up through the company’s leadership ranks and credits her success to her ongoing love for the industry and her exceptional work ethic. Looking ahead, she hopes to continue her professional development by earning a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with the goal of becoming Altium Packaging’s senior director of quality management. REGIONAL QUALITY MANAGER Altium Packaging Selinsgrove, PA Drawing on over 40 years of expertise, Lisa A. Gioia has garnered distinction as a certified public accountant. Operating as an independent financial management and accounting consultant for nonprofit organizations in Kansas City, she previously served in a similar capacity in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from 1990 until 1998. Ms. Gioia also leverages her prior experiences as an educator and auditor. Having previously earned a BA in accounting from Avila University in 1981, Ms. Gioia studied at the University of Missouri-Kansas City decades later, receiving an MPA in nonprofit management in 2007. Looking toward the future, she aspires to continue volunteering with multiple nonprofit organizations in order to support their ongoing philanthropic mission. Well-regarded for her myriad contributions to the nonprofit sector, Ms. Gioia has been hailed with various accolades, including a Good Neighbor Award from Northfield Village in 2023 and a Local Hero Award from Ingram’s Magazine in 2022. She was also hailed in 1992 with an Accountant Advocate of the Year award via the Small Business Administration in 1992, among other plaudits to her credit.
