He has also worked with BRACE Integrated ServicesMidwest, Heery International and Graham Construction. At the onset of his career, Mr. Barger was a project coordinator for GEM Buildings between 2007 and 2008. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Barger pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science in construction management at The University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2007. He has long been driven by his passion to succeed, and he attributes many of his achievements to his humble background as a young man from a small town in Nebraska. Likewise, he is grateful for his dedicated work ethic, which was instilled in him by his family. Accounting for his accomplishments, Mr. Barger is particularly proud to have cultivated a familial environment within his company and industry. Leveraging nearly 20 years of experience, Zachary J. Barger is a proven leader in the field of construction management. Well-regarded for his skills in facility maintenance and industrial property renovations, he has served as the chief executive officer of Heat Tech Industrial since 2022.
