Scottsdale, AZ ROBERT NABIL BALLY Robert Nabil Bally draws on more than 20 years of expertise as a leader in the real estate industry. Specializing in buying and selling residential properties, he has served as the owner and lead real estate investor at MRB Investments in Michigan since 2020. Adjacent to his primary duties, he also remains active as a successful entrepreneur, notably operating as the owner of Exotic Wholesale since 2006. In his prior professional experiences, Mr. Rally was the owner of World Wireless from 2006 to 2009 and a co-owner of the Monroe Food Center from 2009 to 2016. Well-regarded for his dedication to civic advocacy as well, he remains active as a donor at this local church, regularly offering supplies and surplus food items from his business to those in need. After completing high school, Mr. Rally began working in tax services, which aided him in discovering his interests in other professional sectors, such as business management and community service. Attributing his accomplishments to his ability to turn negative experiences into positive ones, he is particularly proud of his successful track record as a real estate and car investor. Norman Mark Brody leverages over five decades of expertise as an attorney, commercial real estate developer and consultant. At Brody Associates Inc., he has combined law and real estate development to become a leader in the field. Working around the country with such retailers as Best Buy, Target Brands Inc., Home Depot and At Home Stores LLC, he has cultivated a network of contacts to provide him with extensive insight and market knowledge. His prior affiliations with Kimco Realty Corporation and WestRock Corporation’s Nexton Master Planned Community have rounded out his career. Currently, Mr. Brody and his partners are completing the development of Verde at Cooley Station (www.verdegilbert.com) in Gilbert, Arizona, a 25-acre mixed-use project. He also continues to consult nationally while investigating further development opportunities. Throughout his career, Mr. Brody has volunteered his time as a conference speaker and college lecturer in real estate development, mentoring many students aspiring for careers in real estate. He attributes his success to his desire to continue learning, passion for creativity, and aptitude for problem-solving.
