Adriana Giraldo is a coach, entrepreneur, and human resources professional with more than 20 years of human services, talent management, and corporate leadership expertise. Born in Colombia, Ms. Giraldo immigrated to the United States as a teenager and considers her experiences living abroad to have been formative for her ability to build rapport with others and her desire to build her career on connection. She holds both a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Social Work, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University and has pursued extensive additional training in coaching and counseling modalities. Ms. Giraldo began her career working in community health and human services as an intake specialist for Cristo Rey Community Center and a family services coordinator for Telamon Corporation, rising to state deputy director before transitioning to the private sector in 2013.
