Since 1995, she has served with Bank of America, when the institution was known as Michigan National Bank. At the onset of her time with the organization, she started working as a teller, rising to subsequent positions as a teller supervisor in 1999, an assistant branch manager over military banking in 2001, a customer service representative in 2002 and a risk analyst in 2014. Since 2024, Ms. Martin has operated as an assistant vice president of the company, a role in which she works to ensure the bank is in line with federal regulations and unexposed to risk. Today, Ms. Martin’s passion for her profession drives her to mentor and guide other associates within the firm. She takes great pride in ensuring that they are not only meeting but exceeding expectations in their respective roles. Furthermore, she is proud to have placed as the second runnerup for Teller of the Year at Bank of America. In addition to her primary professional endeavors, she has served as a notary public since 2001. Well-regarded as an active member of her community, Ms. Martin has worked with many charitable organizations over the course of her career, including American Brittany Rescue, English Springer Rescue America and the Thyroid Cancer Survivors’ Association Inc. Additionally, she is a staunch supporter of the LGBTQ community, the Disability Advocates Network and the Wounded Warrior Project.
