Stare distinguished himself through his work in both the insurance industry and continuing education at several academic institutions. This process helped many young professionals gain a better understanding of the basic structure of the products they were selling, as well as how to ethically present proper values when representing their companies. Mr. Stare previously worked as a product development officer at Provident Mutual Life Insurance for over three decades. As a testament to his high level of expertise, he also served as an adjunct professor at Susquehanna University, Lebanon Valley College and Delaware County Community College. Following this accomplishment, he graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with an MA in mathematics. Throughout this period, Mr. Stare achieved several academic grants from the National Science Foundation, allowing him to continue his education at such prominent institutions as New York University. Dearly departed, Mr. Stare passed away on January 12, 2024. He is survived by his wife of more than 50 years Charlotte F. Stare, his son Brian, his daughter Allison, and three grandchildren.
