423 Millennium - Seventeenth Edition FINANCE AND INSURANCE After graduating from Gwynedd Mercy University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2004, Josh Stryjak leveraged his academic experience to enter the financial services sector. Finding success but craving further opportunities to make an impact on the lives of others, he settled into what he describes as a “bridge role” as a base manager at Venturi Restoration, a national leader in emergency response and property restoration services. For the following six years, Mr. Stryjak developed a reputation for excellence in sales, project management and customer service while traveling throughout the United States with the company. During this time, he handled accounts ranging from routine maintenance to hurricane restoration, and he closed the largest account in company history. Mr. Stryjak started his first independent venture, Quantum Restoration, in 2010 after business changes at Venturi pushed him to seek growth elsewhere. Now, since 2016, he has excelled as the owner and president of Green Tec Restoration, where he offers high-end residential and commercial clients 20 years of expertise in water, fire and mold restoration, medical facilities construction, and tenant improvement work. Mr. Stryjak oversees daily operations and long-range planning, including project and site management, maintaining vendor and contractor relationships, and white-glove management of high-impact accounts. The cornerstone of Mr. Stryjak’s success is his emphasis on company culture, with a focus on creating workplace environments he wants to be a part of and highlighting the people at the core of every establishment. In this regard, he inspires his employees to grow both personally and professionally, thus helping Green Tec Restoration grow and maintain its high standards of work and customer service. Outside of his efforts in restoration, he regularly volunteers with local school and community outreach projects, and he is a member of the board of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In the coming years, Mr. Stryjak looks forward to opening two more Green Tec Restoration locations to better serve regional clients and create more opportunities for his employees and business partners.
