Gale has found success in his role as a program director at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), an agency of the U.S. federal government. In this capacity, he is responsible for organizing, managing and underwriting loans to global private-sector investment projects. Throughout his tenure in this role, his work has sustained economic development in more than 80 countries worldwide. Mr. Gale is particularly proud to have led securitization efforts for home equity loans in the former Soviet Union and to have facilitated the free movement of goods throughout Asia, Latin America and Africa. Mr. Gale previously worked as a director of telecommunications trade policy in the executive branch, and he held several roles at the Planning Research Corporation and Booz Allen Hamilton. He is also a former president of the Washington International Trade Association. Likewise dedicated to his philanthropic pursuits, he presently serves as a board director at the Washington Ballet, and he has supported numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the Washington, DC, region.
