Howard is a financial services professional who has offered clients financial advising, wealth management, and business development services through Primerica for nearly 25 years. Inspired and supported by her parents and her grandfather, a real estate entrepreneur, she became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. in 1991 and earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from West Virginia State University in 1992. Ms. Howard was recruited out of college to become an IRS agent, where she thrived for ten years before stepping down to pursue Primerica full-time. As a regional vice president in Primerica, Ms. Howard hopes to encourage others to pursue financial freedom and business ownership, particularly women of color who are underrepresented in finance. She is the creator of the Convergence Empowerment Conference, a founding member of the Community Organization for Resource Equity (C.O.R.E.), and the author of a motivational book titled “MOVE: You’re in the Way of Your Own Destiny.” Ms. Howard emphasizes the importance of having a purpose in life and the value of maintaining a strong work-life balance. Specializing in mortgage lending, loan structuring and working with high-net-worth clients, he is responsible for overseeing the efforts of 50 mortgage loan officers, as well as recruitment and client outreach. Having initially joined U.S. Bank as a district sales manager in 2014, Mr. Kirse previously served in positions of high leadership at Seattle Mortgage, Wells Fargo, Evergreen Moneysource, Bank of America, and Washington Mutual, extending back to 1990. In a career suffused with highlights, Mr. Kirse is particularly proud to have consistently ranked as a top performer within the companies he has worked with and to have earned the President’s Club Award on 10 occasions.
