Clements has found success as the manager of accounting, human resources and marketing at the Thomas Building Center. The wholesale building materials store, based in Sequim, Washington, specializes in construction and home improvement. Well-regarded for her expertise in accounting, Ms. Clements handles administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including payroll management, adjusting journal entries and creating all financial statements. Ms. Clements has been celebrated for her perseverance and focus. Prior to her current professional efforts, she worked as an assistant district manager at the Anchorage Daily News from 2006 to 2007. She also worked as a cook at the Bright Beginnings Early Learning Center and a chef with the Anchorage Vineyard Family Resource Center. Pivoting into records and accounting, she subsequently held numerous positions at what is now BrightSpring Health Services. Beginning as a records manager and receptionist, she advanced to become a state office manager in 2013. Following this period, Ms. Clements served as an administrative assistant at Altman, Rogers & Co. from 2019 to 2020. Ms. Clements initially studied accounting and business management at Alaska Junior College, where she earned an associate degree in 1994. Upon graduating, she was offered a position as a financial aid administrator and became a senior financial aid administrator the following year. In more recent years, she has joined the ReThink Academy, an online workshop for burgeoning entrepreneurs, in order to enhance her professional development. She has also partnered with reputable affiliate marketers to learn more about affiliate marketing, having since launched www. cheriedearing.com, www.cherietheaffiliate.com and www.cheriesaffiliate.com. Ms. Clements is also a certified instructor for first aid, CPR and AED procedures via the American Red Cross. In the coming years, she hopes to become self-employed and help others launch their own entrepreneurial endeavors. Likewise, she hopes to deepen her proficiency in QuickBooks accounting to supplement her NetSuite skills.
