He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Houston and was attracted to the demands and culture of the finance sector from a young age. Mr. Fluellen began his career with Chase Bank in 2008 as a licensed banker, and he quickly earned a reputation for his client focus and attention to detail, which set him on a path toward numerous leadership roles. He was subsequently promoted to a position as a business banker, followed by terms as a senior manager and business relationship manager. In 2023, Mr. Fluellen became an executive director for JPMorgan Chase and Co. and was named area manager for the Houston region. As a business banker, he worked tirelessly to maximize the impact that his services had on the goals of each of his clients and their assets. To wit, he credits his success in the field to his discipline and consistency. In recognition of his professional excellence, Mr. Fluellen was named to the JPMorgan Chase President’s Club twice. Accounting for his professional achievements, Mr. Fluellen is proud to have built his career within the JPMorgan Chase brand and to have worked his way up through the ranks.
