Likewise, she ensures products meet market demands and align with Westfield's strategic goals, in addition to supporting profit and growth objectives. Mrs. Sultner previously served as a middle market underwriter overseeing the renewal underwriting of accounts in Northeast Ohio and Pennsylvania, with clients in hospitality, construction, manufacturing, real estate and distribution. Having begun her career as an underwriting assistant at VFIS (the Glatfelter Insurance Group division of AIG) in 2003, Mrs. Sultner is proud to have progressed from entry-level roles to becoming a product development manager at Westfield. She credits her success to the mentorship received throughout her career, which helped her achieve her objectives and guide others in a similar fashion. Looking toward the future, Mrs. Sultner intends to continue her career growth within Westfield.
