He subsequently continued his studies at the University of Minnesota, where he achieved a master’s degree in electrical engineering in 2011. Ever committed to his profession, Mr. Vadivel remains affiliated with the International Association for Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. To commemorate his achievements, he was recently honored with a Certificate of Appreciation at the Globee Awards for Cybersecurity in 2023. Attributing much of his success to his ability to overcome challenges, Mr. Vadivel is proud to have been involved in the development of 5G networks, new autopilot technologies and the Paladin Z One Emulator. Drawing upon 15 years of professional experience, Kaarthic Vadivel is a rising expert in the engineering industry. Specializing in electrical and electronics engineering, he has excelled as a senior staff hardware engineer and manager at Tesla in Palo Alto, California, since 2020. In this position, he verifies designs for chips used in various Tesla products and automobiles. Furthermore, he works alongside cross-functional teams within the company, such as the mechanical production team. Mr. Vadivel originally joined Tesla in 2019 as a senior design verification engineer. Prior to joining Tesla, Mr. Vadivel worked with Qualcomm Technologies Inc. for several years. To wit, he was a senior engineer between 2018 and 2019, having originally joined the company working as a lead design verification engineer from 2014 to 2016. He held a similar design position at Cadence Design Systems Inc. during the same period as well. He previously worked with the business as a senior application engineer from 2012 to 2014.
