In this capacity, he builds strong and lasting connections in collaboration with the design team to ensure all products, services and systems operate efficiently and effectively. Previously, Mr. Ali worked in similar roles at L3Harris, RTZ, Lynntech and General Electric. Long fascinated with the logical principles of good design, he initially studied computer science at the Rawalpindi College of Commerce & Science. Following his immigration to the United States, he attended Montgomery College, where he earned an Associate of Science in general engineering in 2007 and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at the University of Maryland in 2010. Looking toward the future, Mr. Ali has set his sights on the remarkable goal of revolutionizing the world of invention. Driven by a burning desire to delve deeper into the realm of color, he has worked tirelessly on camera technology that can capture every nuance of this natural phenomenon. Driven by a passion for automatic flight systems, Robert M. America has dedicated more than 45 years of expertise to the aviation industry. Fascinated with airplanes since the age of 17, he served as an aviation electrician in the U.S. Navy between 1977 and 1981, after which he built experimental planes for NASA at the Ames Research Center. Following this period, he left government service and established America’s Avionics, an FAA-approved repair station. After distinguishing himself in engineering and electrician roles at Erickson Inc. and United Airlines, Mr. America later served as an avionics program manager at Endeavor Air, a regional airline where he remains active today. Well-regarded for his contributions, he has received several accolades from United Airlines and the Federal Aviation Administration, including the Charles Taylor Master Mechanic Award. In accounting for his success, Mr. America largely credits the tutelage he received from several mentors, all of whom instilled in him an analytical mindset.
