LINCOLN For 36 years, Maureen A. Lincoln has enjoyed success in engineering and executive leadership. She received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1987 and began her career working as a quality and design engineer for industry leaders including Belcher Foundry, Enerpac and Texas Instruments. In 2003, Ms. Lincoln transitioned into leadership as president and chief executive officer of Applied Engineering Solutions Inc., followed by high-level positions at the Myvu Corporation, Honeywell Industrial Safety, and iRobot. She established Kerelaw Engineering in 2018, building on her extensive industry experience to offer clients engineering, product design, and pilot production services. As a part of her vision for expanding Kerelaw Engineering, Ms. Lincoln continued her studies at Baruch College, earning a Master of Business Administration in 2021. She is committed to creating pathways for the next generation of engineering professionals and is active as a mentor and internship supervisor. Glen L. Mitchell is well-regarded as a design and development engineer. Born in Jamaica, he developed a passion for electronics and began experimenting with wiring flashlights and reusing discarded batteries as a child. After immigrating to the United States, he became a certified electronics technician and earned a BS in electrical and electronics engineering at Spring Garden College in 1989. Since 2007, Mr. Mitchell has operated with Electrolux Major Appliances, beginning as a design engineer. In 2018, he became the head development engineer of electronics for the company’s North American dishwasher division. He holds six patents, three for dishwashers and three for industrial control devices. Early in his career, Mr. Mitchell worked as a technician for Drexelbrook Engineering, rising to become a top engineer. He subsequently worked as a staff engineer at Bell Laboratories and spent five years at Danaher as a senior development engineer. Outside of engineering, he remains active as an outreach minister to prisons and nursing homes, and he considers his faith to be key to his success. Mr. Mitchell hopes to continue his engineering work on a contract basis in the coming years. GLEN L. MITCHELL
