Since 2020, he has excelled at the Mountainland Pump and Drilling Supply Division of the Mountainland Supply Company, where he has worked to launch an effective product line for drilling contractors. Mr. Peterson spent much of his career at Baroid Industrial Drilling Products, where he distinguished himself as a senior account representative between 1977 and 2020. During this time, he earned a reputation as a knowledgeable resource, leading to invitations to lecture on groundwater drilling to international audiences and contribute his expertise in numerous journal articles, columns and industry manuals. Mr. Peterson is particularly proud to have won several prominent industry awards, including the Ross L. Oliver Award from the National Groundwater Association in 2013. The organization later recognized him as their William H. McElhinney Distinguished Lecturer in 2014. Looking ahead, Mr. Peterson aspires to serve as a mentor at the Mountainland Supply Company and enjoy his time spent at home with his wife. Gurinder J. Singh is a proven expert in the field of business management, leveraging over two decades of expertise. Specializing in warehouse management systems and business strategy, he has served as the director of software engineering at Walmart Global Tech since 2022. He originally joined the company in 2008 as a programmer analyst, and since then, he has held positions as a senior programmer analyst, a software analyst and a level two senior engineering manager. At the onset of his career, Mr. Singh operated as a software engineer at Infosys between 2004 and 2005. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Singh pursued a formal education at the I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science in 2004. Adjacent to his primary endeavors, he also remains active in several civic-minded endeavors, participating with women’s shelters in his community and the Goodwill Society. Attributing his success to his education, dedicated work ethic and the guidance of his parents, Mr. Singh is particularly proud to have helped launch the Walmart Distribution Center in Colton, California.
