Duluth, GA CHARLES RUSSELL MINGLE Charles Russell Mingle has accrued a fulfilling career in the field of law, with 34 years of professional experience to his credit. Now retired from full-time work, he excelled as senior paralegal in the legal department of National Vision Inc., where he was employed from 1994 to 2019. During his time there, Mr. Mingle was notably honored as Associate of the Year in 2015 by the company in light of his unique petition with the Illinois Secretary of State's Business Corporations Division for changing the company’s annual report dates. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Mingle earned a BA with distinction in philosophy and psychology at The University of New Mexico and an MDiv with distinction in ethics at Iliff School of Theology. In addition to his academic credentials, he earned a paralegal certificate with honors from The National Center for Paralegal Training. He largely attributes his success to his parents, particularly his mother, who always encouraged him to serve as a positive influence for others. Now that he is retired, Mr. Mingle is committed to volunteer work. Each Sunday morning, he sings as lead tenor for the choirs of two United Methodist churches. Well-versed as a lawyer and entrepreneur, William “Bill” Rossi has pursued his dream of writing mystery novels and inventing new, helpful devices. Now retired from his extensive legal career in public and private practice, he held several leadership positions, including serving as the chief deputy city attorney for the City of Miami. He also worked with the Jackson Lewis P.C. and Millikin & Fitton law firms and served as a prosecuting attorney and judicial referee-magistrate. Mr. Rossi primarily defended law enforcement agencies in police misconduct cases and represented management in employment law matters. After retiring, he founded a nationally recognized medical lab testing company, which he franchised in several states and later sold. As a writer, he will soon release his debut novel, “Innocence Unmasked,” and he is working on three subsequent books. As an inventor, the prototype for his patented nasal filtration apparatus, the Breather CleanerTM, is also nearing completion. Highly qualified, Mr. Rossi achieved a BA in political science, cum laude, at Miami University and a JD, magna cum laude, at the University of Dayton School of Law.
