In the coming years, he hopes to continue finding success in his field and participate in further races as a hobbyist. Drawing on over 40 years of experience, Dave Turner serves as the owner of Get Dirty Dirt Bikes, a motorcycle shop in San Bernardino County, California. A subsidiary of Dave Turner Adventure Tours LLC, the shop is an officially authorized TM Racing motorcycle dealership and technical service center. In addition to offering custom suspension service and performance improvements, the brand sponsors its own racing team, which regularly participates in the American Motorcycle Association’s extreme offroad racing series, as well as the Western Hard Enduro series and Enduro Cross series. Growing up in the motorcycle racing and repair industry, Mr. Turner started racing dirt bikes when he was 12. His passion for the sport lead him to work for Mazda Motors of America and start his own company, Dave Turner Motorsports, in 1981. Offering motorcycle tours in Baja, California, Arizona and Colorado, he started purchasing various bike models and establishing fruitful connections with manufacturers. When insurance costs for the bike tours became too high, Mr. Turner pivoted entirely toward selling motorcycles, becoming the number one TM Racing dealer in the nation.
