She is proud to have led the company through early challenges, including the end of a contract employing 12 staff members and their successful reassignment to new work. In such regards, she considers her employees to be the heart of the venture. As Spartek LLC continues to expand, Ms. Rosas-Nazario aims to implement more workflow and process improvements that will allow her to bring in more employees and create more opportunities. In addition to her role in the business community, Ms. Rosas-Nazario is active in philanthropic and humanitarian outreach as a volunteer for various charities, including HeroBox and Heroes on the Water, and she a supporter of the American Red Cross and the Purple Heart. Irmaris Rosas Nazario is a business leader and entrepreneur with diverse expertise in contract and personnel management and business operations. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she studied at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, earning a BA in English linguistics and English education and an MA in English education for second language learners, and he holds a secondary-level teaching credential. Throughout her career, she has continued to pursue additional education to support her business goals, including a master’s certificate in government contracting and a certification in federal proposal management. Ms. Rosas-Nazario began her career teaching writing and grammar at the Universidad de Puerto Rico before transitioning into business management working for a small startup company. In 2010, she joined Innoplex as a contract manager, rising to senior contract manager and developing a reputation for thoroughness and insightful contract reviews before her departure in 2018. She spent the next two years as a contract manager for Fourth Dimension Engineering before establishing Spartek LLC, a firm offering a full suite of software and hardware engineering and data processing services.
