358 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENTREPRENEURS After successfully bidding a $3.5 million contract to build a HUD plant in Oklahoma, Mr. Tesch quit his job to focus on leading T&T, growing it to more than $10 million in revenue and a staff of 70, and being ranked #313 on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America. Over the next decade, he aims to double the size of the company, creating more jobs and improving the standards of pay and working conditions for craft professionals in the Oklahoma City region. Mr. Tesch’s professional philosophy is centered on building positive change. As such, he has created a supportive workplace culture and ensured high-quality outcomes by maintaining open lines of communication at T&T. Likewise, he created the Future Craftsmen of America Foundation in 2022. The organization addresses the issue of worker shortages in the skilled trades and creates opportunities for high school students through education about trade schools and trade career paths. When he founded T&T Industrial Inc. in 2017, journeyman pipefitter and entrepreneur Carson Gregory Tesch brought more than three decades of expertise to the company. Raised by a union electrician, he loved working on cars and intended to pursue his dream of becoming an auto mechanic after completing high school. Early in his journey, he began working at Briggs and Stratton, where he discovered a passion for fixing and maintaining production equipment in the plant. Mr. Tesch’s new trajectory led him to an apprenticeship with the Milwaukee area steamfitters union, working under a skilled master tradesman whose mentorship prepared him for long-term success. Throughout the following 27 years, Mr. Tesch worked on high-profile projects for Miller Brewing, Harley-Davidson and other industrial clients. He transitioned into business leadership as the head of an existing Oklahoma-based company and continued his work in the industry, expanding his skill set to include fabrication. While holding a full-time job, he launched T&T, growing the company from $800,000 in revenue in its first year to more than $2 million in its second. CARSON GREGORY TESCH OWNER T&T Industrial Inc.
