360 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENTREPRENEURS Bolstered by over 20 years of experience, Donn S. Van Dusen leads a rewarding career as a business owner and project manager. Specializing in product development, market research and material science, he has excelled as the owner and president of Cadd Van Du, his company based in Roseville, California, since 2011. The enterprise serves as an avenue for Mr. Van Dusen to engage with projects he is passionate about, primarily in the fields of engineering, design and development. Mr. Van Dusen previously served as the vice president of engineering and as a mechanical design engineer at Ground Control Systems from 2009 to 2021. He also worked with Malibu Boats between 2008 and 2009 as a design engineer, having previously held a similar role in product development at Titan Wake Accessories from 2005 to 2007. Adjacent to his primary pursuits, Mr. Van Dusen remains active as a civic-minded citizen in his community, notably participating as a camp administrator for the Pilot Lake Camp Board. Furthermore, he continues to volunteer with Mexico outreach missions through Asuza Pacific University. As part of his professional ventures, Mr. Van Dusen holds several patents for sporting goods and equipment. In 2016, he developed a new bicycle parking stand and a bicycle parking rack featuring flexible rope wire, and in 2014, he created an articulating base water sports tower. One of his earliest inventions from 1997 was a drawbar coupler for an automotive vehicle hitch rack. To commemorate his creative achievements, Mr. Van Dusen was recognized with a Gear of the Year Award in 1998. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Van Dusen has largely attributed his success to his grandfather, who taught him to build wooden boats when he was younger. Likewise, he is grateful for his experience in the fuel injection industry. In acounting for his accomplishments, he is particularly proud to have served as the lead engineer in the development of the Schilling Robotics CONAN 7P Arm Manipulator.
