In 2016, he created United Restoration Disaster Services, a property damage remediation company that offers services spanning from roof repairs to fire damage mitigation. Prior to the creation of his company, he served as a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years, and he later worked as a sales and product manager and an independent contractor. In addition to United Restoration Disaster Services, Mr. Stemmler is the founder and executive director of United We Restore, a nonprofit dedicated to providing shelter to both veterans and non-veterans.
