Boasting over two decades of experience, Ernani Ferrari is the founder and chief consultant of Mondo Strategies. Since 2005, he has assisted small and medium-sized software companies with optimizing their product management processes. He also supports pragmatic strategic planning and the revitalization of strategic management approaches. Through his stellar work and extensive expertise, he has cultivated a clientele of over 100 software companies, facilitating transformative projects and fostering advancements in organization and business development. Notably, he has collaborated with Microsoft on multiple occasions, including orchestrating product localizations along its third-largest subsidiary globally. Mr. Ferrari previously worked with the Volkswagen Group in Latin America, co-led software products globally with SSA, and became the director of design and manufacturing for QAD Inc. in 1997. He also served as the executive vice president for products and services with Datasul — the largest business software company in Latin America at the time — from 2000 until 2005.
