In his leadership position, Mr. Kittok primarily installs new systems and maintains operations for his customers. Adjacent to his primary responsibilities, Mr. Kittok has otherwise served as a control and fluid power engineer in Maple Plain since 2005. Prior to his current appointments, he worked with Sterling Automation Inc. from 1996 to 2005 as a control engineer. Furthermore, at the onset of his career, he was a control engineer for Eagle Tool & Design Inc. between 1994 and 1996. Mr. Kittok has also dedicated himself to educating others in his profession, operating as an adjunct professor teaching night classes at Hennepin Technical College. As a former student of Hennepin Technical College, Mr. Kittok studied hydraulics and fluid power technology, and he subsequently earned certifications as a technician and fluid power specialist. Ever committed to his industry, he also remains affiliated with the International Fluid Power Society and the advisory board of the Better Business Bureau. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Kittok is particularly proud of his work at the 3M utility plant within the 3M Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, where he installed the SCADA system known as Wonderware. SCADA stands for “supervisory control and data acquisition.” He looks forward to continuing his work as a business owner, though he also hopes to begin training new colleagues to take over various managerial tasks and daily responsibilities.
