Prior to her current endeavors, Ms. Maihveen served as a technical support lead at Mindtree, a multinational information technology services and consulting company that would later be folded into LTIMindtree in 2022. From 2018 until 2022, she led and supervised a team of 20 engineers, whom she assisted in technical unblocking of projects and ensured were providing exemplary assistance to customers. Previously, she had worked as a development operations engineer at People Tech Group Inc. between 2017 and 2018 and as a program manager for Sonata Software in 2017. Ms. Maihveen studied engineering management at St. Cloud State University, where she earned a master’s degree in 2016. Following this accomplishment, she went on to graduate from the University of the Cumberlands with an MS in information technology.
