781 Millennium - Seventeenth Edition TECHNOLOGY With over 40 years of practiced expertise in the health care industry to her credit, Deborah P. Terry has found success through her work at Mercy Health Systems. Initially beginning her career as an engineering secretary with the company in 1982, she has steadily advanced through several departments ever since. To wit, she has held positions as a laboratory and radiology information system coordinator, an EPIC application coordinator and, currently, the director of business partnership. Over the course of her professional journey, she has largely specialized in information technology health care systems, with supplemental talents in customer service and department management. Her performance has largely been informed by her academic credentials. Beginning with a BBA, she subsequently earned an MBA at Oklahoma City University in 2004. Additionally, she has been certified as a Business Relationship Management Professional via the BRM Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides membership and development programs for business professionals worldwide. Well-regarded for her achievements, Ms. Terry was bestowed with a Powerlist IT Leaders Award. Among other accomplishments to her credit, she is proud to have coordinated the establishment of a mobile myelography unit, which required a great deal of interaction with federal and state regulations to arrange. Likewise, she has found great fulfillment in supporting the teams responsible for direct treatment, providing the technological infrastructure and innovations necessary for excellent health care. In accounting for her success, Ms. Terry largely credits her family, whose love and support throughout each step of the way were integral to her forward trajectory. Likewise, she believes in the power of continuing education, considering herself to be a perpetual student. Outside of her vocational efforts, Ms. Terry maintains her affiliation with several civic organizations, including the Oklahoma City Dream Center, her local chapter of United Way, and the Kingdom City Church.
