331 Millennium - Seventeenth Edition ENTREPRENEURS Well-regarded for several years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, Tyler Ray Chandler has found success as the owner of GrayCow LLC, TRTL Properties, Millennial Firearms and Hot Brass Ranch. Through these business endeavors, he demonstrates his proficiency in the fields of real estate and both firearms and self-defense training. Outside of his many commitments as a business owner, he is also a shareholder and board member for the Outlaw Television Network, a media company that highlights and enshrines the pioneering spirit of independence, freedom, confidence and perseverance. A curious and compassionate individual, Mr. Chandler is characterized by a natural inclination to explore and understand the inner workings of everything around him, be it people or businesses, and make improvements based on his own particular ideas and approaches. In this regard, he consistently goes above and beyond for both his customers and employees, and he prides himself on his ability to look out for the people he works with. Prior to his current endeavors, Mr. Chandler earned an associate degree in business at New Mexico State University in 2006. He then served as a manager at Madron Services Inc. between 2006 and 2011 and at the Marbob Energy Corporation from 2009 to 2017. The latter company was founded by his grandfather, John R. Gray, and his family maintains a majority ownership of its production facilities in southeast New Mexico. Taking great pleasure in his work, Mr. Chandler was taught by his grandparents to value those who support him, for he would not be where he is today without their help. Their wisdom has played a critical role in his current success, as well as his studious sense of self-discipline. Looking toward the future, Mr. Chandler aspires to focus on his duties as a father and become more involved in local youth programs. He also hopes to gain a deeper understanding of the music industry and media, having trained as a vocalist and writer for several years.
