Featuring premium ingredients, such as fine chocolate, herbs and spices, and lavender and pecan extracts, as well as treats for dogs, Just Sweet Enough has received rave reviews from local customers, including a featured spotlight by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel in 2021. Prior to beginning her current endeavors, Ms. Kilbourne worked for more than 25 years in corporate America. During this time, she pivoted between several sectors, beginning in engineering roles in 1996 and later switching to marketing in 2005. She continued to demonstrate her versatility by serving as a customer care leader in 2018. Throughout this period, she availed herself at such companies as Alcoa Fujikura Limited, Corning Incorporated, Avery Dennison, Bostik and the ICP Building Solutions Group. At Bostik, she earned distinction as an Outstanding Achiever in 2017. In addition to her professional journey, Ms. Kilbourne has been a dedicated civic advocate in various areas. She continues to serve as a board member at City Green Condominiums, and she previously held similar roles at her local chapter of Habitat for Humanity, as well as Next Act Theatre. Likewise, she sat as a cochair of Next Generation UPAF, a performing arts nonprofit, from 2014 until 2019. In accounting for her success, Ms. Kilbourne largely credits her attentive listening skills, as well as her ability to intuitively grasp the perspectives of others. Looking ahead, she aspires to expand the scope of her operations at Just Sweet Enough by renting a commercial kitchen and owning a physical store within the next five to 10 years. Well-regarded for her intelligence and adaptability across a wide array of industries, Kerri A.
