Lauren Jayne leverages more than 25 years of experience as a proven leader in the field of business management and operations. Since 2001, she has excelled as the president and co-owner of Xibeo in Ventura, California. The company is well-regarded for its unique services as a tradeshow exhibit house, where she and her colleagues focus on designing and manufacturing exhibits for clients based in every industry. Some of the company’s other key services include video marketing and renting equipment. In her leadership role, Ms. Jayne oversees Xibeo’s daily operations. Adjacent to her primary professional endeavors, Ms. Jayne is also the president and co-founder of Baba’s Feed Project Inc., which she began in May 2020 in Ventura, California. The charitable organization focuses on providing food and other resources to communities in need overseas in India. As the director of this enterprise, Ms. Jayne oversees all daily operations of the U.S.-based half of the nonprofit. Ever committed to her multi-faceted ventures, Ms. Jayne is also a former member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
