In her various endeavors, Ms. Cooperman Rosen has offered her expertise to a variety of clients, including businesses and individuals in human resources, business operations, real estate, payroll and retirement planning. Ms. Cooperman Rosen has worked with many noteworthy brands, including Crocker National Bank (now Wells Fargo), Bank of America and Citibank N.A. She is a former board member of the Oakland Business District, the Chabot Homeowners Association, Chabot Golf Course and other local nonprofits. In honor of her achievements, the Oakland Business Improvement District awarded her a Recognition Plaque in 2016. Ms. Cooperman Rosen’s formal education began at Tufts University, where she earned a BA in economics and music. She subsequently attended The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and achieved an MBA in finance and operations management in 1976. Since then, she has also held a real estate broker license, a Series 7 license and a notary public license. Ms. Cooperman Rosen primarily attributes her success to her dedicated work ethic, focus and strengths as a planner. From 1994 to 1996, she worked closely with former Mayor Jerry Brown in opening the Oakland School for the Arts and the Fox Theater. To wit, she was named as the chief financial officer and as a Friend of the Fox board member, with a plaque in honor of her achievements. She is similarly proud to have worked with, purchased and refurbished the Sherman Building on 29th and Broadway in Oakland, California. In the coming years, Ms. Cooperman Rosen hopes to continue networking and discovering new opportunities in fitness and health care, and she looks forward to retirement as an active member of her community.
