Hartney has rapidly established himself as a proven business leader. Specializing in architecture technologies, project management, business process automation and process tutoring, he has served as the chief executive officer and vice president of business development at YYC since 2014. The technology consulting company is well-regarded for providing clients with highly specialized services in project and program delivery, as well as in organizational change management and business intelligence. Adjacent to his primary duties, Mr. Hartney has likewise excelled as a strategic consultant for Evolvous since 2018. Similar to YYC, Evolvous is known for its innovative, reliable and efficient consulting services in a variety of technological suites, notably including Microsoft products. Mr. Hartney has also operated as the chief product developer and chief marketer at Rivergreen Software since 2014. Additionally, he has worked with ProjectEngineer, as part of Rivergreen Software, as the chief marketing officer since 2016. Before beginning his career in 2008, Mr. Hartney pursued a formal education, initially earning a diploma in computer information technology at Lethbridge College in 2007. He subsequently continued his studies at the college and earned a Bachelor of Management in information systems in 2010. After receiving a master’s certificate in business analysis at Villanova University in 2012, Mr. Hartney achieved a certificate in blockchain strategy for business at the Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford in 2018. In his other professional pursuits, Mr. Hartney is proud to remain active as the president of ADMCO, which he co-founded in 2016.
