Ramirez has utilized her skills in human resources talent development and acquisition, and career coaching. Since 2022, she has excelled as the head of her own company, SBR Talent Experts, where she particularly thrives as a bilingual human resources professional and career coach. Prior to her current endeavors, Ms. Ramirez worked with the talent acquisition teams at Genesis Healthcare and Sema4. Adjacent to her primary duties, Ms. Ramirez remains active as a civicminded citizen in her community. To this end, she regularly volunteers as a human resources manager at Educación Diversa, a nonprofit organization that empowers children through art-based education in human rights. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Ramirez also pursued a formal education, originally earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing at Universidad de Manizales.
