Inspired by his father, Dr. Tobe Aguocha, PMP, developed a passion for artistry and craftsmanship in his formative years, frequently working in his father's wood workshop. This early exposure to manufacturing and production sparked a lifelong interest in transforming ideas into tangible, aesthetic creations. Dr. Aguocha initially earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture at the University of Nigeria, specializing in hospitality architecture. He further broadened his expertise by receiving an MBA in production and operations management from the University of Lagos. His academic journey culminated in his achievement of a DBA in project management from Northcentral University, California. Launching his career in the design and construction industries, Dr. Aguocha managed significant building and infrastructure projects across Africa Europe, and the United States. His portfolio includes overseeing the construction of data centers, a Marriott Hotel, and flagship retail stores for TM Lewin, Swatch, and Levi’s. Notably, he led the development of an Amazon robotic fulfillment center valued at over $300 million, earning the “Most Successful Project” accolade in 2022.
