Touchet is the owner and chief executive officer of R&R Resolute Staffing Firm, a recruiting and staffing company serving businesses throughout South Carolina. With nearly a decade of expertise in senior recruiter positions, she has been named to Greenville Magazine’s Women of Leadership list and is an inspiration to other female entrepreneurs. Before establishing R&R Resolute Staffing Firm, Ms. Touchet spent eight years as a senior recruiter and vice president of recruiting for Sawyer Staffing and worked with TRS Craft Services. Known for her ability to identify client needs and build a strong and innovative talent pool, Ms. Touchet is proud to have placed more applicants than any other recruiter in her network during her most successful year. Warriner has served as the chief executive officer of Walking Spirit since 2008, through which he also serves as a consultant and inspirational speaker. After sustaining burn injuries in a car accident in 2005, he acquired bilateral leg amputations above each knee. This experience, though traumatic, introduced him to the disability community, and he has since leveraged his experience to serve as an inspirational figure for others. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, he provided outreach services focused on promoting both free independent living and Medicaid waiver services for individuals with disabilities. Mr. Warriner previously thrived in the hospitality industry for 10 years until the 2008 economic recession. When his position dissolved, he utilized the opportunity to focus on disability advocacy on a fulltime basis. For his success, he was honored with the 2010 Steven J. Sharp Public Service Award from the American Association for Justice, among many other accolades. Currently, Mr. Warriner provides accessible diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging consultations through a disability lens for various businesses.
