WEBER Shanna J. Weber is the lead consultant and chief executive officer of Prima Consulting, a business consulting practice offering leadership development, team building, and professional skillbuilding coaching to businesses and individual clients. Ms. Weber holds a BA in finance and management and an Executive MBA from Arizona State University and spent 23 years working in the financial services sector. She was a managing director of asset management strategy at Charles Schwab & Co., playing an instrumental role in overseeing employee development for the 1,500-person asset management team and crafting the company’s direction through the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a coach, Ms. Weber strives to create genuine, effective leaders who foster engaged teams, and she helps her clients achieve their goals authentically in industries that often remain male-dominated. She is a member of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Inclusive Economy, and the Denver chapter of Women in ETFs. Ms. Weber credits her success to her support network, her perseverance, and her dedication to giving back to others. Nicholi T. Wozniak brings over a decade of expertise in sales, analysis and development to his work as a commercial excellence manager at Element Materials Technology. In this role, he optimizes the company’s sales and marketing processes and creates company training and personnel development plans. Inspired by the values instilled in him by his father, Mr. Wozniak initially planned to become a lawyer and earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science in preparation for law school. Mr. Wozniak discovered his leadership ability while working as a retail manager in college. His intellectual curiosity and passion for lifelong learning led him to pursue opportunities in the information technology sector. In 2012, he became a technical implementation training manager for the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, beginning six years of success in corporate training. Mr. Wozniak transitioned into a sales role for UL and became an account executive for FoodChain ID before moving into his current role in 2023.
