Committed to working with clients who seek to implement food safety, health and technology, he maintains responsibility for all onsite operations, including the supervision of superintendents, foremen and skilled laborers, in addition to handling interactions with subcontractors, vendors and clients. In 2022, Mr. Neimroozi’s company was noted among the Best Restaurant Contractors in Glendale, California. Having established econstruct Inc. with an initial investment of only $5,000, Mr. Neimroozi is proud to have overseen expansion that has led to an annual revenue of over $5 million. With well-defined objectives, resources and a capable team, he envisions scaling the company to a $50-million operation within the next three years. Supplementing his work as the head of the company, Mr. Neimroozi is joined by his partner, Robyn, who leverages 25 years of expertise in managing up to 75 restaurant projects annually. Their collaboration has earned them an affectionate moniker from their clients as “The Dynamic Duo.” Mr. Neimroozi previously worked for over 27 years in the food service industry. Starting as a delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza in South Florida, he enrolled in a management training program and went on to a managerial position and, eventually, relocated to Los Angeles. This migration afforded him the opportunity to broaden his experience across various brands, including TGI Fridays, Black Angus and the Rainforest Café. In 2008, Mr. Neimroozi transitioned to his profession in the construction industry. Proud of his multifaceted experience, Mr. Neimroozi’s background uniquely equips him with a great deal of insight and skill when reviewing restaurant construction plans. As an active participant in every project, he can foresee potential challenges and allocate attention where necessary to prevent disruptions or delays in progress. Looking ahead, Mr. Neimroozi envisions a level of success that will allow him to delegate his normal duties and embark on new entrepreneurial endeavors.
