Pacheco is a construction industry expert, consultant and entrepreneur who has excelled as the owner and vice president of D & C Glass and Aluminum Inc. since 2012. The family-owned and operated business was originally founded by his grandparents in 1988. His passion for the building trades was inspired by his grandfather and colleagues, who introduced him to the industry and instilled in him a strong work ethic, ambition and sense of integrity. After completing high school, Mr. Pacheco pursued an apprenticeship and began working for his family’s company as an apprentice glazier between 1998 and 2000. Mr. Pacheco began to develop a reputation for excellence while still working as an apprentice, contributing to several major projects before he had completed his schooling. In 2000, he joined C/S Erectors Inc. as an apprentice and later became a leadman for the company, where he would remain until 2014.
