With over 25 years of experience to his credit, Danny Spears has cultivated a fulfilling career as a building and construction industry entrepreneur. Over the course of his career, he has specialized in creating custom luxury residences, notably operating as the owner of Captex Construction since 2007. He began working to help support his family at the age of 15. As part of his vocational journey, he also pursued a higher education, earning a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University while learning the trade skills required for a career in construction. In his leadership roles at Captex Construction and its sister company, Indigo Facility Partners — where he has operated as a principal owner since 2009 — Mr. Spears oversees a team of more than 120 employees and a portfolio worth more than $80 million annually.
