Leveraging more than 30 years of experience, she has served as the lead realtor and owner of Corcoran Ferester Realty since 2015. As part of her duties in the field, she specializes in residential real estate throughout the region of The Woodlands, Texas. Additionally, she continues to work alongside her local charity coffee house. Ms. Ferester originally began her real estate enterprise in 1991, working in her leadership roles until 1998, at which point she joined Coldwell Banker as a realtor until 2015. From 1998 until 2007, she distinguished herself as general counsel at Galicia Seguros, an Argentine insurance company, where she was responsible for advising executive leadership on matters related to regulatory compliance, risk management, litigation and corporate governance. Most notably, she helped the company weather various economic and political crises that wracked Argentina from 2001 to 2002, requiring her to address various lawsuits and injunctions filed against the company during this time. Following this period, Ms. Golitz became an independent business law consultant and advised small and medium-sized companies with negotiating commercial and labor contracts. Likewise, she represented insurance companies and banks before public agencies. Presently, she serves as a real estate agent with ESA Realty Inc. She was inspired to pursue a career in the field by her brother, who is a broker, and found the profession appealing due to its emphasis on personal interactions with others.
