He previously enjoyed decades of success as an advertising art director for global advertising agencies, working with clients in the pharmaceutical, entertainment, and automotive industries. Naturally creative, Mr. Hassinger holds a master’s degree in advertising design from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also completed a fellowship in communication design at the Pratt Institute before entering the marketing and advertising industry. Seeking a new creative challenge, Mr. Hassinger pivoted to working in the real estate industry after recognizing his talent for interior design and gift for seeing the potential in different spaces. To wit, he is known for his direct approach to assessing properties, ability to see “hidden gems,” and strategic approach to helping match clients with their dream homes. Since entering the field, he has been a consistent top producer for the Corcoran Group, earning numerous sales awards. Outside his work in real estate, Mr. Hassinger is dedicated to personal and spiritual growth, and he is a licensed religious science practitioner. Monica Hernandez-Truitt maintains a deep commitment to the transformative power of design and its pivotal role in shaping the world. To wit, she has distinguished herself as a designer and consultant at Balmori Associates, a landscape design firm based in New York City. Leveraging over 10 years of experience, her focus resides in public spaces design and landscape architecture. In her position, Ms. Hernandez-Truitt oversees project management, community outreach, computer design, documentation review and marketing efforts. Among her most cherished accomplishments, she is proud to have designed and transformed a community garden in the Bronx, resulting in a beautiful and rejuvenating space the local community has come to enjoy. Born and educated in Mexico, Ms. Hernandez-Truitt earned a BArch at Ibero-American University in 2002, and she later received an MS in landscape design at Columbia University in 2010. In accounting for her success, she largely credits the privilege of living in New York City, which has afforded her an abundance of opportunities to flourish and progress.
