Drawing on two decades of practiced expertise, he has served as the president and chief executive officer of Performance Spray Foam of West Texas Inc. since 2022, having otherwise served as a leader for the Performance Spray Foam brand since 2014. The company is well-regarded throughout Texas for providing customers with spray foam products for residential, commercial and industrial properties. Mr. Mleczko is otherwise well-versed in product creation and development, having previously worked with several other construction brands throughout the state. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Mleczko pursued a formal education, earning an AAS in business management at Pima Community College in 2006. He also remains affiliated with the Home Builders Association. In his adjacent civic-minded efforts, he was the president of the Homeowners Association of Summit View Lakes from 2018 to 2022. Attributing his success to the support of his wife, Mr. Mleczko is particularly proud to have established his own construction business from the ground up, and he looks forward to further expanding it in the coming years. Academically, Mr. Nessenthaler boasts a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the University of North Texas, an MBA, a master’s degree in international real estate finance, and a master’s degree in healthcare leadership from Cornell University. Uniquely, he holds the CFA, CAIA, MAI, and CRE designations and is the only real estate professional in the world with all four professional designations.
