She is currently pursuing a doctorate in acupuncture at the Pacific College of Health and Science, expanding her expertise to include traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for integrative care. Specializing in chronic pain, gut health and mental well-being, Ms. Nadaf received the prestigious Atreya Award for Excellence in Ayurvedic Practice in 2020. Her mission, “Heal, thrive, and live drug-free by tuning into nature,” reflects her passion for empowering clients. She envisions opening a wellness school to train future Ayurvedic practitioners. Lara Oliveira is a pioneering fitness industry entrepreneur, leading clients towards their wellness goals with cutting-edge technology since 2020 as the founder and chief executive officer of SmartFit. As the first business of its kind in Georgia, SmartFit offers participants an intense workout enhanced by EMS training bodysuits that stimulate muscle development and build strength. The company currently operates two boutique fitness studios and has recently launched a franchise program, anticipating rapid growth in the coming years. Prior to entering the fitness industry, Ms. Oliveira earned a Master of Business Administration in finance at the American Public University System and spent over 10 years working in accounting and finance for USA Granite Inc. and Southeastern Data Cooperative. She considers her adaptability, vision and strategic planning to be key to her business success.
