Holding both a BS in health and human studies and an MS in occupational therapy from Utica University, Caryn Riscavage is highly qualified in the health care industry. As a certified occupational therapist with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, she has devoted herself to caring for others. In 2019, Mrs. Riscavage joined CoreTactics Healthcare Consulting, where she serves as a regional reimbursement and quality improvement consultant. Prior to her current role, she spent 10 years as an occupational therapist and director of rehabilitation at Capital Living and Rehabilitation Centres, a skilled nursing facility. Mrs. Riscavage pursued a career in occupational therapy to provide quality care to the aging population, and she takes pride in her accomplishments with past clients. Through her current quality improvement role, she has aided multiple rehabilitation and health care facilities in achieving high ratings in quality measures. In her current position, she works to secure reimbursement for these facilities, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and allowing them to continue supporting those in need.
