Serving as a volunteer before she was of legal age to work, she subsequently became a certified nurse assistant at a nursing home in 1998, which started her professional journey in earnest. Certified in lean principles in 2009, Ms. Bond went on to become a master project manager in 2015, and she earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration at the University of Phoenix in 2019; she expects to receive a master’s degree from the institution in 2024. Ms. Bond is particularly proud to have distinguished herself as a nontraditional college student, graduating with a 3.96 GPA as a fulltime learner, worker and parent. She remains eternally grateful for the love and guidance of her parents, who instilled in her the constant drive and passion for growth that she carries with her even today. Leveraging over 25 years of experience in the health care industry, Stephanie D. Bond has earned acclaim through her role at Intermountain Health. The nonprofit health system provides critical services throughout the Intermountain West region of the United States. As the practice administrator for occupational health, behavioral health and walk-in clinics for the state of Montana, Ms. Bond presides over all operations and ensures that her team of managers and business coordinators remain aligned in their objectives. Having initially joined SCL Health (now Intermountain Health) at St. Vincent Hospital in 2001, Ms. Bond has since achieved progressively higher roles. These include work in quality assurance, safety and risk assessment, and as an application analyst and lean change agent. Outside of her primary endeavors, she is also a dedicated member of several civic organizations, such as the Billings Breakfast Exchange Club, Peaks to Prairie, and Hope 2 One Life, where she sits on the board of directors.
