Before entering the financial industry, she worked in retail management as an experience specialist and retail support specialist for Verizon Wireless. Earlier in her career, she was a guest service representative, supervisor and certified store manager for her local Edible Arrangements franchise. Ms. Ripo has garnered several awards during her professional career. She is particularly proud of her 2022 Chairman's Award from Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union — the company’s highest honor. Additionally, she has received a Certification of Appreciation at Hudson Valley Credit Union, as well as Employee of the Month recognition and a Customer Excellence Award from Verizon Wireless. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Ripo loves traveling to Disney World and spending time with family, including her husband, Matt, and two dogs, Grizzly and Bailee. Looking to the future, she plans to continue her career at her credit union and expand her leadership, eventually moving into management. Dawn M.
