Mr. Dancy played pivotal roles in shaping military operations and capabilities and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before his retirement. He is proud to have served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, and Operation Joint Guard in Bosnia, and is decorated with a Bronze Star Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal. During his service, Mr. Dancy concurrently held administrative leadership roles within the Army and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Following his military retirement, he pursued a Project Management Professional certification and currently leverages his force management expertise as an defense analyst and contract support consultant for Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER), a Department of Defense contractor. Mr. Dancy credits his success to his dedicated work ethic, unwavering commitment to his goals, and a desire to top his personal best. Likewise, he credits his high school classmate Kevin Gettis for inspiring him to join the United States Army Reserves and enroll in Army ROTC while in college. In his personal time, Mr. Dancy is active in church ministry, enjoys boating and riding motorcycles, and is planning a future entrepreneurial venture. Andre W.
